Sean served almost 20 years in the United States Marine Corps as a combat tested AV-8B Harrier Attack Pilot where he developed strong leadership, communication, and operational skills. He has a proven track record leading and mentoring teams in fast paced, high stakes environments around the world. Sean’s military accomplishments have earned him several aviation and leadership awards and is a testament to the training and mentoring he has received during his career.
Since leaving the service, Sean has amassed first hand experience flying for Part 135 charter companies and Part 91 corporate flight departments. In addition to earning a strong reputation as a creative business consultant, he now flies Boeing 767s for FedEx Express and has become deeply involved in General Aviation. Sean’s desire to serve others and help them realize their dreams has grown stronger than ever, which led to the creation of this firm. He and his team are a group of dedicated professionals driven by passion to explore the path less traveled.
He has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Strategic Leadership from New England College, and currently resides in the greater Nashville area.

With over 12 years of experience in aviation, Justin Contreras has diversified his role in the Industry. His responsibilities have expanded beyond the flight deck to include positions in aviation safety management, leadership, instruction and recruitment.

Upon completion of training, Justin began flying numerous aircraft to include the King Air 90, 200, Premier and TBM-850 amongst others. He continued his career at Mesa Airlines where he operated the Embraer 175. After becoming a Captain, he furthered his education by earning the position of both Check Airman and FAA Designated Operating Experience Observer. He now flies the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 for FedEx Express.
Justin’s experience and passion for aviation has inspired him to help others achieve their dreams of working within this rewarding industry. Justin earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana Tech University focused in Professional Aviation, and currently resides in New Orleans, Louisiana.
